Vintage for the real world
Simplicity 3688 skirt and 4047 top. The coral polka dot fabric is a quilting cotton. I will be lining the skirt and underlining the blouse in an ivory quilting cotton. The idea for the crochet trim was inspired by vintage crochet gloves. Alas, I do not have crochet gloves nor a good excuse to wear them even if I did have a pair, so crochet trim will have to do.
